When recieving a photography session from Amber Lynn Photography, hereafter referred to as “Company,” the photographer can publish photographs taken of the client on the day of the scheduled photo session and your name and likeness, for use in Amber Lynn Photography’s print, online, and video-based marketing materials, as well as other Company publications.

When recieving photographs you agree to not alter Amber Lynn Photography’s photographs when they are in your possession. You agree to give credit to Amber Autrey, owner/photographer of Amber Lynn Photography, when posted on social media sites as well. 

The client will hereby release and hold harmless Amber Lynn Photography from any reasonable expectation of privacy or confidentiality associated with the images specified above. Client's will further acknowledge that participation in a session is voluntary and that you will not receive financial compensation of any type associated with the taking or publication of these photographs or participation in company marketing materials or other company publications. By agreeing to a photoshoot you acknowledge and agree that publication of said photos confers no rights of ownership or royalties whatsoever.

When ordering prints from this website or other location, Amber Autrey, owner of Amber Lynn Photography, warrants being the legal copyright owner of the photographs. The photographer, hereby grants permission to the client and their photo producing company of choice to make reproductions of the work in any size or quantity for any use they desire expect for financial compensation.
